Each order will be equipped with 1%-10% spare parts, which can be replaced and repaired at any time. You can send it back to our technicians for maintenance, or we can guide you online for maintenance.

How long is your lead time?

 

The lead time for all the orders is in the range of 7days-30days decided by quantity and materials required. And we will report all the processes to you.

 

What’s the Aging Testing?

 

Aging and testing refer to simulating long-term operation without problems, which is critical for ensuring the LED display’s reliability. After the aging test, LED displays may become more stable, which may improve efficiency. The led screen aging test is a critical factor in quality control.

Where do I send my unit for service/repair?

 

Repairs on units under warranty are performed in China – whichever is more convenient for you, but first, contact us. Also, we have some locations for more convenient for you

 

Do you have the certificate of origin for your products?

 

Yes, we have it. We also have CE, RoHS, and CCC

 

How about the payment term?

 

Our payment term is T/T, 40% as a deposit, balance before shipment.

What's your MOQ?

 

Our MOQ is 10 sqm, and for all orders under it, T/T full payment before production is required.

What's your Warranty time?

 

1-5 years, it's decided by material use and cost.

 

How many panels can the sending unit control?

 

The sending units are capable of controlling up to 2048 pixels wide by 1024 pixels tall.

 

What control system do you use?

 

All of our products use the NovaStar system, and other systems such as Linsn, Colorlight, Huidu, ZhongHang, Mooncell, Kystar, Vdwall, Svision, RGB-link, etc... for your option.

 

Can you curve your panels?
